Shear'Ree Programs
Shear’Ree brings his message of hope to schools. “Years ago, kids would always come to me with their problems and I would try to help solve them.”
“When I moved to California in 1977, I began investigating youth programs to see what were their major problems. I found most of them were not helping at all, so I decided to put a program together that would solve and not simply pacify the problems of youth.”

Private donations from business and industry leaders and profits from a line of educational toys Shear’Ree helped design will fund the program. "The toys are expected to be available in the fall", he said.

Environment
"I think I was put in that environment to do what I'm doing today. I know I'm going to help solve a lot of problems of today." The first step in Shear'Ree's program, however, will be gaining support for his centers, not only from business leaders but from youth.
Competition
Shear'Ree offers motivational seminars and counseling to encourage young people to stay in school to get the education they need to enter the job market.
